Mindful Movement & Yoga
7:30pm to 8:30pm
Gentle, mindful movement designed to help you find more ease in your body and mind. Integrating meditation and simple breathing techniques with therapeutic stretching and strengthening.

Tuesday

Led Ashtanga Primary Series
7am to 8:30am
Ashtanga Primary Series, following the Sanskrit count.

This dynamic class is perfect for those who have some experience with Ashtanga. If you have been learning Mysore-style with Emma, it’s a great way to check in with the specific sequence, breath, and focus points that form the Ashtanga Vinyasa system.

You are invited to practise for the full 90 minutes, however you may wish to stop earlier - whether you have reached the end of the postures you usually practise in a Mysore class, or if you have commitments which require you to finish earlier than 8:30am. Remember to give yourself enough time for your finishing sequence, and at least five minutes of rest.

Wednesday

Ashtanga Elements
7:30pm to 8:30pm
In these shorter classes we focus on selected elements of the Ashtanga Primary and Intermediate Series.

Emma’s yoga classes have made me fall in love with the practice of Ashtanga - she has such a calming and uplifting energy. - G.M.
